Those devoted to the “religion” known as ice fishing were at the doors at 10 am, ready to check out all that was new in the industry, learn new techniques and run into their fellow parishioners. We chose this day to walk around and check out what was ~Read More~ I awoke finally feeling rested, and as we assembled after breakfast, I could tell we were all bright-eyed, bushy-tailed and ready for a full day at the Ice Fishing & Winter Sports Show. Good thing too, because we were busy!

It wasn’t a truck, but something definitely had left a mark – I was exhausted. What happened to the good ol’ days in college when I could pull all-nighters, party like an animal and live happily with a modicum of sleep?
