A few weeks ago Team LureSecure got to spend some quality time with a few of America’s finest. We got to hang out for the day at the 2nd Annual Tight Lines for Troops charity fishing tournament held in Manistee, Michigan. An event that shouldn’t be missed – whether you’re a Vet or Captain on one of the boats, or someone on shore welcoming the fleet home.
Tight Lines for Troops is the brainchild of Captain Bob ~Read More~
 Snazzy New Jersey!
The tournament season opened just a few short weeks ago, and already LureSecure’s Pro Staff is making a name for themselves. Right out of the gates, at the Michigan Walleye Tour’s Detroit River Season Opener, Andrew Oleksiak (Walleye Capital Charters) and Brian Woodard placed in the money, finishing 4th. At the first AIM event of 2011, in Winneconne, WI, Mark Martin’s efforts and knowledge earned him a 2nd Place finish. In both cases, our pro ~Read More~

One wonderful benefit of attending a large number of fishing shows every winter for the past two decades is I have made a bunch of friends who have a passion for catching fish. My friends include amateurs and pros, and even a few of the media types. It didn’t matter the time of day, what you had on, what side of the table you were occupying or whether you were giving or appreciating a ~Read More~

Team LureSecure attended The Ultimate Fishing Show at the Rock Financial Showplace in Novi, MI and found themselves among some of the nation’s best outfitters, charter boat captains, boat dealers and purveyors of fine fishing goods. On the big lakes Michigan and Huron the trout and salmon have been slammin’ the lures. The guys at Flintstone Lures called me recently really excited. One of ~Read More~
